Marina Pinacate B-101
If you have ever been to the Marina Pinacate, you know it's a hidden gem. This gated resort community offers 24-hour security and secured parking. It gives you direct accessibility to the beach, and is close to restaurants and bars. Yet, it's exactly what you need to provide you a relaxing and memorable vacation. If this is your first time, we hope you love it as much as we do.
Our unit has two king beds and a queen pull out couch, to comfortably sleep 6 adults.
We are fortunate to have one of the most amazing views and be only steps away from the sand. There is a pool and hot tub right around the corner, along with grills, a gym and places to lounge.
While some would consider it an extension of Sandy Beach, the Marina Pinacate is conveniently located on Playa Bonita/Playa Hermosa. The views are beautiful right from our large patio, where you can walk directly onto the sand. It's also an easy stroll down to the public beach, where you can walk directly into the water. In fact, when the tide is very low, the seaweed, rocks and tide pools are exposed and if you are brave enough, you can venture out and explore the variety of marine creatures. But please be careful what you touch.
We pride ourselves on making sure our unit is clean and that you have all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. All linens and bath towels are provided.

The Sunset and Patio
You can go to several places in Puerto Penasco and watch a gorgeous sunset. We might be a little biased, but we believe the best sunset is right outside our patio. Our personal favorite sunset is when there are just a few clouds, making the whole sky light up with hues of orange, pink and blue. Just stunning!
The Bedrooms
Happiness is waking up to an ocean front view, and the primary bedroom offers a beautiful one. It has a king size bed, with just the right amount of pillows. It also has it's own private bathroom with a walk-in shower and plenty of closet space.
The second bedroom has plenty of space and a king size bed. It has a large closet and it's own entrance to the bathroom with a large tub.
Both bedrooms have a TV and USB plug ins on the nightstands for your convenience.
The sheets in the queen sleeper in the living room are changed after each guest and comforters and pillows are available in the closet in the primary bedroom.

The Kitchen and Laundry Room
Cooking while overlooking the ocean brings me absolute joy.
There is a fully functional kitchen and the best fresh seafood markets around. Need I say more?
The Living and Dining Area
There are no bad beach days as far as I know. So even on a rainy day, there is nothing better than curling up with a good book or show on the extra comfy couch and an ocean view.
The couch folds out to a queen sleeper. Extra bedding is in the closet or you can let our friends at the FMI counter know and they will accommodate you.
The dining table seats 6 comfortably and has an extra leaf inside for larger dinner gatherings or game nights.
Grounds and Amenities
In addition to its breathtaking ocean views, the Pinacate boasts a variety of amenities, such as an ocean-view pool, a hot tub, a kids' wading pool, a spacious shady palapa area, BBQ grills, a gym, and more. Unlike many other resorts, the Pinacate does not have an on-site bar. This unique feature allows guests to bring coolers with their favorite drinks and snacks to the pool area, providing a cost-effective and personalized experience.
Perched atop a seawall, the Pinacate offers one of the few private beaches in the area, free from crowds and vendors. A short 50-yard walk along the seawall path leads directly to Playa Bonita / Playa Hermosa, one of Rocky Point's most popular beaches. This beach extends from just steps outside the Pinacate and the Penasco Del Sol resort to the condominium resorts on Sandy Beach.
